The time it takes to manage your own server can be extensive, especially when you don't know what you're doing. There's much more to servers than just installing the software and setting up your website. Various tasks such as installing and updating software, verify latest versions, secure the server from hackers and exploiters, update more software, monitor Kernel releases, update cPanel, and check for more hackers and spammers. Then when you're all done, you get to start all over again. Hands-on can do this for you and save the headaches!

Hands-on Signature Management - $75/month
The Hands-on Signature Management is an ideal solution for users who have no server management experience and want to concentrate on their business and not tracking down spammers, hackers and software updates. With this package, Hands-on treats your server like one of our own. We perform routine upgrades and monitoring of servers along with the same security, firewalls and log monitoring that is performed each day in our Shared Hosting environment.
There are two major parts of the dedicated server that you will be restricted from:
* Root access to your server is disabled.
* Shell access to your server is only available to the staff at Hands-on.
You manage:
* Your Web site content
* Creating User Accounts& Domains
* Adding e-mail, FTP and users
* Installing custom applications
* Writing CGI and other scripts
* Transferring existing domains
We manage: Everything else!

WHM/CPanel Technical Issues
System updates, debugging errors, patching bugs, system compatibility checks,
etc....
Initial Server Setup
If you have a new server, we'll setup and configure the server completely
from scratch to get the server ready for your use!
Server Backup Restoration
If your server requires a restore, we'll restore all of your backups returning
your server back to normal.
Disaster Recovery and Hack Recovery
If your server is crashed or hacked, we will assist to determine the cause
and rebuild your system from backups.
Server Migration
If you are moving accounts from one server to another, we will migrate them
for you from the old server to the new server.
(You must have root access and CPanel running on both the old server as well
as the new server.)
